This trip to Seoul was a question mark for me from the very beginning. I had no preparation (thanks to Antonius Claasen, he handled all the work matters), no expectations, no strict plans. I came simply to work, to join the team, and to take on everything I could. We did a great job! And a full trip report will appear here soon.
Now, my goal is to describe the emotions and mood that reigned in Seoul in mid-April and early May, the city that literally enveloped me immediately upon my arrival. Spring is always very beautiful… But this spring in Seoul seemed unrealistically beautiful to me! As I told my friend, I felt like I was in a Korean drama! A very gentle, not yet hot sun, a light, warm breeze, and pink petals everywhere, as if falling from the sky! At that time, the premiere of “The Devil Wears Prada 2” was taking place in the city, and my favorite actress Meryl Streep was staring at me from every billboard! Advertisements for the film were playing in the subway, and the cast and crew had come to Seoul for the premiere…
During this time in my life, I was meeting people who made this spring unforgettable! I want to convey a little warmth and my deepest gratitude to everyone! Antonius Claasen—you are the engine, the heart of this project, I love you!
